So I promised I would post ultrasound pics of the baby but I am having issues with my scanner. I am not tech savvy and will have to wait until I remind myself to ask Andy for help. By the time he gets home I completely forget about my honey to do list I have for him. Maybe I should start writing things down.
Well we are in our 15th week and there is a chance we can find out the gender of baby #2 next Monday. Even if we are able to find out we are going to keep it private from ourselves and everyone else. We want to reveal it to ourselves when the time is right. This time around we are not focused on the gender. We truly just want a healthy baby. This pregnancy is difficult at times for me b/c I feel that someone is going to tell me something is wrong with our child. When that is all you know it is hard to think of anything else. So far there are not any signs that indicate something is wrong, which is wonderful. Starting next Monday they will begin to monitor the heart and we pray that all four chambers are established and the blood flow is normal.
Things for me have been pretty good. I have not been sick, which is a blessing but I do get extremely tired and battle horrible headaches. I had the headache issue with Emma and I was hoping it would not repeat itself. Oh well, there are worse things. All in all we are just thrilled to be having another baby. I am already in planning mode, which is something I just love. We are hoping by the end of this month to have our guest bedroom cleared out to create a new nursery. I feel like time is already flying and 40 weeks is going to be here before we know it!
Sorry no pics but hopefully soon!!

Praying for you and baby! :) I know it will be such a relief to hear that its healthy!
And you just let me know if you need someone to "open the envelope" and find out the sex. I would be more than happy to! and I will keep it to myself too if you want!
Things are going to be fine. Just relax and enjoy the pregnancy. And you know my chiropractor may be able to help you with the headaches. I mean she helped me to be able to walk! ;) Just a thought. Can't wait to see what you do with the nursery!
I am sure your baby will be perfect! I can't wait to find out what you are having...I would be happy to be the envelope opener too :) I am just so excited for you guys and can't wait to meet Baby Solomon #2!! If you need someone to watch Emma during doc visits, just let me know.
I hang in there, I felt the same way this last pregnancy and I have a healthy baby, all those feelings are normal.
Check out this blog, they are friends of mine from College Station and they did this great gender party. It is SUPER CUTE!!! It could be fun for you and your families or friends. http://allthingshendrick.blogspot.com/2010/03/gender-party.html
GOOD LUCK!!!
My prayers continue to be with you and baby #2. I can't imagine all the emotions, feelings, and anxieties that you and Andy are going through right now. However, I'm sure things will be great!
On a different note, I'm right there with Cassie, I can peek in the envelope if you "really" want...I mean - how and I supposed to go shopping? ha - totally kidding - I can buy things in blue and pink! : )
Hope the headaches go away soon!
