Happy 6th Birthday Emma!!

Look who turned 6!!

Hard to believe my little girl is 6 years old! I am constantly telling her that we need to slow down time because I want to keep her little. She likes to tell me that she needs to grow up and that when she is 12 or 13 she gets a phone. Let's just savor all the moments while we can.

Emma at 6:

-Loves going to school and being with all the kids. Kinder has been great for her and is definitely helping her with her social goals.
-Wants to constantly be on the go. She always wants to know what we have planned and gets very excited when we meet up with other friends.
-Being outside is her favorite place. Enjoys her new trampoline, driving her jeep, playing with our neighbor, and just being silly and active.
-Into Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Cars, Planes, and Frozen.
-Loves listening to music and really enjoys Andy's playlist.
-Has discovered the joy of talking on the phone. She loves to talk Gammie's ear off.
-Enjoy building with Legos and trying to follow the directions in the book.
-Loves to read and is really good at it.
-Still a difficult eater but does enjoy chicken nuggets and pizza. Gets excited when it is pizza day at school.
-Loves to be with her sister. They are best buddies.
-Constantly needs hugs and affection.

An amazing girl who continues to surprise us with all she can do. Happy Birthday sweet Emma!!

Emma's 6th Birthday Party

Hard to believe Emma is 6! We had her party a few weekends ago with many of her friends. So grateful for all that came to celebrate with us.

Emma had her performance at school the same time as Abby's, so Andy went to Emma's and captured some video.

Abby's Christmas Pageant

Abby's preschool held their annual Christmas pageant. Abby was so excited to perform the songs she had been learning in music class.

She was also excited that Gammie got to come watch her.

Abby's dance class had a short Chirstmas performance and she was adorable. Love watching this girl at dance class.

Holiday Fun

We have been very busy this Christmas season. This month is flying by because we are constantly busy but in a good way.

Christmas Tree Shopping

Our neighbors have a fantastic nursery that we love to get a our tree from. They always do a great job decorating with lights and making it feel like an experience.

Breakfast with Santa

Emma's school hosted their annual Breakfast with Santa. The girls loved meeting the jolly man and had a blast making crafts.
