With multiple kids you are suppose to have built in babysitters, right?! Abby was all about it for a brief moment but then she fell asleep on the job. 

Life with three

We made it through our first week with three kids. I won't lie, we have had our moments. After coming home from the hospital, I developed a fever and had to go to the doctor. Thankfully it has passed. Then our wonderful air conditioning went out. I must say, I think that was the hardest part. All is cool now but we were all becoming grumpy from the heat. We are adjusting to our new routine and thankfully Andy is still home from work. It makes a huge difference. The girls have been doing good and having their moments of missing attention but thankfully my parents are close by. This would be much harder without the help. We are truly blessed with three beautiful and healthy children.

William Matthew Solomon

We are so excited in announcing the arrival of our handsome son, William Matthew. He was born on October 7th at 11:59 pm. His stats were 8 lbs. 2 oz. and 20.5 inches long. Labor was longer with this little guy but well worth it. The moment Andy announced he was a boy, I just screamed with happiness. I never thought we would have our own little boy. He is just a true bundle of joy. He has short blond hair and dark blue eyes, that I love to stare at. We are thrilled that he finally made his arrival and now we can't imagine life without him.

We are now a family of five and I can't imagine anything better. These beautiful children are true gifts and we love them all to pieces. 

Fall Festival

On Friday, Emma's school held their annual Fall Festival. The girls had a blast trying out many activities, winning candy, and staying out late.

40 Weeks...Where are you baby?

Today I had my 40 week appointment. I am thrilled that this baby will be an October baby. I made it! Now I am wondering when this little one will show up. Nothing has changed since last week. This little one is very happy staying put. I really do not want to be induced so the next step, if I make it to 41 weeks, is an ultrasound to make sure everything is still healthy for baby and me. I think my body is running out of room for the kid to fit. Anytime little one!

Pumpkin Pops

I attempted a new craft/special treat with the kids. I thought it was a cute idea and very tasty. We took an apple and cut out pumpkins. Then dipped our apples in melted caramel and decorated with chocolate chips. Yum! I love the fall and all the tasty foods that come with it.
