Will has been making small crawling movements on all fours. I keep trying to capture him but he is quick. Here is a short video of him crawling.

Emma's Field Trip
Emma's class recently had their field trip. She was so excited to ride a bus and go bowling. It was a fabulous day for her.
Many of the picture are slightly blurry b/c Emma was having too much fun to stand still for the camera.

From the First Day to the Last
Abby had her last day of school today. She was sad to say goodbye to her friends and I was sad too. Abby really developed a strong love for her class. You never would have guessed that at the beginning of the year but through the months she really opened up and fell in love with school. She loved her friends, music time, playground time, reading books, and doing crafts. She even got her first kiss from a little classmate. It was a big year! Love my little Abby and the beautiful, smart girl she is becoming.
The first day.
The last day. Wow she has grown!
At the end of the day she would love to run up this ramp.
The first day. She was so little!
The last day. These pinwheels were a big attraction to her.

Sitting Up
Little man decided to teach himself how to get into sitting position all on his own. I was sitting and watching him go from being on his belly to sitting position all on his own yesterday. I think he surprised himself. Here is a picture of him right after he did it. So proud of my little man!!

Food & Books
I feel like I take tons of pictures but lately I am bad about blogging some of them. Our days are filled with many little moments that I don't want to forget.
Abby decided to take it upon herself to feed Will. Thanks for the help Abby!
Emma and Will enjoying some books. Emma is loving the idea of learning to read and Will just like to eat the books. The words and pictures are of no interest to him.
If you are not careful he will take the book from you.

Mother's Day
Mother's Day was a fabulous day this year. Andy and the kids did a great job spoiling me with love, food, and cute little gifts.
Me and my babies.
My collection. I was so excited to get William's hand and footprint.
Later in the day we got to celebrate with my parents.
The girls were excited to make Gammie some flower pots with their handprints on them.
Emma's present from school. She is so cute!!
Happy Mother's Day to all the special ladies in our lives!

The 7 Year Itch
Andy and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary on Saturday. 7 years of marriage is sometimes referred to as the 7 year itch. For us, we were itching to try something new and revisit an old hobby we both use to enjoy.
Back in the day, before kids, we loved going rock climbing. We had never done it together so we thought we give it a try. It was a fun outing and a great team activity. It was wonderful being able to encourage each other.
For dinner we typically go to our favorite steak house, but I wanted something new. I found my new favorite place in town and hope to go back again. Olive & June was the perfect, quaint restaurant I was looking for.
It was the perfect day of celebrating our marriage and each other. Much love to my husband and all he provides for me and our little family.

Happy 7 Months William Matthew
My little man is 7 months old today. I am not sure how much longer I can call him little. William is growing up very fast! I think this has been the fastest year of my life and I just want to cherish all of this baby that I can.
William at 7 months
-getting into a nap routine. Yippee!!
-wants to be on the move. He is good at getting around by rolling and semi-crawling.
-everything we own must go in his mouth.
-a bottom tooth is wanting to bulge out. Hoping it comes soon!
-has mixed reviews about purees. Some days he likes them and some days he doesn't.
-loves when his sisters play with him. Abby can make him laugh all day.
-laughs when he gets his diaper changed.
-is a very good baby and does a good job tolerating our crazy schedule.
Love you little man!!

Color Me
Our lives have been full of color recently. Emma decided to do her own eye make-up one day. A little goes a long way.
Over the weekend, I participated in The Color Run with some friends. It was a great morning, running and getting splattered with color.

Learning to Crawl
Will is desperately wanting to move and keep up with his sisters. Abby thought she would help him out with crawling by going behind him and putting her hands on his tushy and say push over and over. She is such a great helper.
