Easter Egg-stravaganza
This Easter season was packed full of good times. I decided to put all the activities into one blog post.
To start things off, Emma had an Easter egg hunt at school followed by a party.
My girl is ready to hunt.
Abby showing off her smile.
Let's get some eggs!
One of many attempts to get a picture of my little cuties.
On Saturday, we headed over to my parent's neighborhood to take part in their Easter egg hunt.
Once again another try at getting a picture of the two of them.
The grass was way more interesting.
Emma enjoyed many rides on the slide.
Gammie taking one for the team.
Emma meeting the Easter Bunny. Let's just say no one was interested in the furry guy.
Emma hunting for some eggs.
A family picture.
Easter baskets are way more fun to eat.
On Sunday, we woke up early to head to church and then host a brunch at our house for my parents and the Anderson's.
Another try and still no luck.
Family pic.
Come on Abby let's get out of here before mom tries to take another picture.
My little bunny.
Another try but once again the grass is more interesting.
Emma and Kenzie.
My homemade cookies. I love these cookies and I purposely only make them for special holidays b/c they are so addicting.
Some anxious kiddos ready to hunt.
Look I found a blue egg!
Yum!
Abby and Dawson.
Thanks Ms. Kristen for my cool car!
And once again I try.
Later in the day we headed to my parent's for some basket hunting and a lovely dinner.

Tis the season for birthday parties
I feel like every weekend we have had a birthday party to go to. Between our neighborhood friends, school friends, and friends from gymnastics, we are just nonstop in the party department. This weekend one of Emma's friends from gymnastics had her party at the gymnastics place. It was fun seeing Emma in action. We usually don't get to see what she does in gymnastics b/c parents are not allowed in the room. They do have t.v.s you can watch from but I am usually talking with other moms and playing with Abby.
Here is a short video of Emma showing off her jumping skills. Many of the parents were impressed with all her gymnastic moves.
Here is Emma demonstrating her backwards roll.
Sorry if you are getting tired of all the gymnastic posts. I am just so proud of Emma and all that she is learning. She just absolutely loves gymnastics.
