Emma at 4 1/2

Our beautiful Emma is 4 1/2 years old today. She is a child full of life and nonstop energy. Emma keeps us on our toes all day. The girl never wants to stop having fun and always wants to know what we are doing next.

• Loves her family and tells us all the time.
• Obsessed with her Thomas the Train and friends.
• Still the pickiest eater I know.
• Loves taking dance lessons and gymnastics lessons and showing us what she has learned.
• Is becoming better at playing with others, especially in small groups.
• Has moments of very good behavior and other moments ignoring anything you say.
• Loves to plan and know every detail and repeat the details.
• She is our spunky little sweetie pea.

Baby Watching

All eyes are on baby Rosa right now. What joy it has been meeting her.

24 Weeks

I am 24 weeks pregnant with baby #3. This pregnancy is flying by! I am feeling good except for my normal afternoon fatigue. Some of my maternity clothes are starting to fit now, which is good since I like some variety in my wardrobe.

My doctor's appointment was pretty uneventful, something I like.

Abby's First Haircut

I must admit that Abby's first haircut was not planned. It was a total impulse decision on my end. We were at the haircut place for Emma and I consulted the hairstylist about Abby's hair because she has always had a uneven length in the back. She recommended cleaning it up and I am glad we did. You really cannot tell a difference from the front but I can certainly tell in the back, even though they only took off about 1/2 inch.

Even though she is distracted by the movie, she was ready for her haircut. The minute Emma's was done she was telling the lady it was her turn. I got a few shots before her big cut.

The after shots. She is very proud of her haircut and the fact that she got to fly a plane while they were cutting her hair.

Shhh...I'm Sleeping

Our new favorite game is to pretend we are sleeping...

And then yell wake up, wake up!

We repeat it a few times.

Out for a Cruise

The girls just love to take Papa's Jeep for a spin, pretend of course.

My Tiny Dancers

For months Emma has been asking to take dance class again. I decided to sign both girls up since Abby loves to do whatever Emma does. Emma is in love with her class. The jury is still out on Abby. She sat through her class and did some shuffling on the floor. If you ask her is she had fun she will tell you yes. In the meantime, I think Emma is just going to shine with her dance moves.

Emma with her friends Annie and Kenzie. She is so excited to have class with them. Since the girls go to different schools, it is hard to see each other during the school year.
