Vail Day 3: The Top of the Mountain

Day 3 in Vail was a very busy day. We were constantly on the move. The guys went golfing for Andy's birthday and the rest of us enjoyed the outdoors. We capped the day off with a trip up the mountain.

We started out by going down to the creek the throw rocks in the water. This was one of the kids favorite activities. They could have done this all day.

The sun shining through.

We then took a walk through a cute covered bridge that led into a cute park.

Little man hanging out and being oh so cute.

Checking out the pinwheels in the children's garden.

Practicing their balancing skills.

The guys had gone golfing for the day and after they were done we went on the gondola to the top of the mountain.

The view from the top.

Hanging with Gammie in the lodge.

This little lady was so excited to ride a horse.

They had trampoline for the kids to try. Emma was not interested in jumping very high.

Abby on the other hand wanted to go high.

Tight rope balancing.

The view. I could spend my day soaking this in.

Back at the bottom we celebrated Andy's birthday with ice cream. Abby loved having her first ice cream cone.

The birthday boy.

Elle enjoying some.

Will with his first taste of sorbet. He loved it!

The courtyard at night.

A bit of the village.

It was a fabulous third day that wore us out. There are still two more days to go. Stay tuned.
