Good days and not so good news

The past few days we have had wonderful weather. Emma and I have been taking advantage of the great weather and going to the park with friends. It is has been fantastic enjoying some relaxing days with good friends. Thanks Mya, Kenzie, and Annie for joining us at the park!
Today we had a follow up appt with our Ears, Nose, and Throat doctor. He said the fluid in Emma's ears is not going away and not improving. So basically this means Emma is going to have to have surgery to put tubes in her ears. He is going to give us one more month to see if the fluid dissipates but if it doesn't then we have no other option but surgery. It is pretty routine and Emma would be out for only 2 hours but still it is surgery and my heart breaks that Emma is going to have to go under again =(

Miss Cool!

Snack time!

Ms. Cool takes after her Auntie.

I will say a prayer at church this Sunday for Ms. Cool. :)

Stay Strong my friend. Everything is going to be alright.

Emma is growing so much - it seems like each time I see a picture of her she is changing into a little girl (not just a little baby).
Anyhow, I am sorry to hear the news, Miss Emma will be in my prayers.
Take care
Crystal

Oh, I'm so sorry!! We will pray that Emma gets better on her own, but if she doesn't, lots of my students had that surgery and it really is pretty easy on the child, thank goodness! Can't wait to see you guys again! I was so afraid that you were going to say that Emma had Roto virus!! Whew!! ;)

We will be thinking of Ms. Emma and her Mommy and Daddy. Jackie's son had to get tubes as well...a few weeks ago!
Take care,
