My Little Performers

Recently, both girls had school performances. We loved watching them. They both did fabulous and were very proud of their signing and dancing.

Recently, I participate in the 10/20. A 10 mile run with 20 live bands along the way. It was a fun run and I'm proud of myself for running it.

Happy Easter!! We had a fun filled weekend and loved celebrating with family and friends.

Happy 18 Months William Matthew

Already a year and half old! My little man is growing up too fast. I often feel like he is a big kid stuck in a little kid body. He wants to do everything his sisters do and doesn't understand when he is too little. For the most part he gets to try everything and it's amazing what he can do. 

William's stats:

Weight 22lbs 15oz (35%)

Height 32in (35%)

Head circ 48.2cm (75%)

William at 18 months:

-loves to eat! He could snack all day.

-enjoys helping with the cooking and baking. He is always hoping to taste test.

-loves music. Enjoys signing and dancing and playing instruments.

-starting to discover PBS and likes Elmo.

-into construction trucks and loves to see them when we are driving.

-favorite book is Goodnight Goodnight Construction Site. 

-loves Frozen like the girls. He tries to sign along to Let It Go.

-enjoys using utensils to feed himself.

-always wants to play with his sisters.

-loves his Papa. Probably his favorite person outside of the house.

-still cries when we put down for sleepy time.

-loves to be outside and get dirty.

-a boy on the move that we love to pieces!!

Happy Heart Anniversary Emma!

It's been 6 years since Emma underwent open heart surgery. Always a special day for us to celebrate. This year Emma wanted a Frozen cake. 

 

You have made remarkable strides Emma and continue to work hard towards your goals. We are so very proud of you and beyond blessed to be your parents. Love you sweet girl!!

A Quick Catch Up

It is so easy for me to fall behind in my blogging. Here is a what we have been doing over the past few weeks.

My dad officially retired after 42 years. 

My brother came to town for the retirement party. While he was here we went to his favorite restaurant. The kids loved the water and feed the turtles.

We are still in love with Frozen and Elsa is our world.

The girls love to do my hair.

I hosted an Easter egg hunt for our church playgroup. Little man loved getting chocolate.

We hiked to find Dino prints.

Abby had crazy sock and glasses day at school.

She also had crazy hair day.

Plus, she had parent lunch at school.
